Deleta Grandy is a co-founding partner at GDH Family Law.

Deleta recognizes that nothing matters more than family, and she works closely with clients to craft solutions that are tailored to their unique needs. Deleta is a firm believer in the cost/benefit approach to resolving family law matters and she prides herself on her ability to navigate clients through the uncertainties of separation, through to the next chapter of their lives.

Deleta has practiced exclusively in the area of family law since her call to the bar. Prior to founding GDH Family Law, Deleta practiced at a prominent boutique family law firm in the GTA.

Deleta’s practice encompasses all areas of family law, with a particular focus on property division and child and spousal support-related issues.

Deleta Grandy advocates strongly for her clients in negotiations, mediation, and arbitration. When litigation becomes necessary, Deleta brings her experience to the table. She appears regularly before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice, and she has assisted on multiple matters before the Ontario Court of Appeal.

Outside of the office, if she isn’t spending time with family and friends, Deleta can be found reading a good book or catching a Leafs game.
