Lucy D’Ercole is a co-founding partner at GDH Family Law.

Lucy D’Ercole is passionate about family law and helping her clients establish a sense of security, stability, and peace of mind post-separation. Prioritizing children, providing cost-efficient services for clients, and effective advocacy are the core principles of Lucy’s practice.

Lucy D’Ercole understands that each family is unique and is committed to working with her clients to devise custom-fit solutions that are both practicable and feasible long-term.

Lucy has practiced exclusively in the area of family law since her call to the bar. Before co-founding GDH Family Law, she articled and worked as an Associate at a boutique law firm in the GTA.

Lucy assists clients in all aspects of their family law matter, including negotiating, mediating, arbitrating, and litigating parenting issues (including parenting time and decision-making), complex child and spousal support cases, and property matters.

When Lucy is not practicing law, she enjoys travelling, participating in book clubs, and spending time with her family, friends, and dog (named Justice).
