I originally dealt with Shazia for my case when she was with a different office, after all my paperwork was complete I decided that I would be filing the court documents myself. Due to some misunderstanding with the courts I realized I was a little in over my head. I contacted Shazia at this new office and she referred me to Lucy. After an initial conversation, Lucy contacted the courts and had it all sorted out for me. Communication was great and prompt, I was aware of each and every step that was happening.
